Sean Penn’s steady decline into madness appears to be continuing apace, as the actor recently told Variety that after watching Will Smith slap Chris Rock at the 2022 Academy Awards he considered melting down his two Best Actor Oscar statuettes into bullets to be sent to Ukraine to fight Russia. His anger, Penn said, was over the Academy’s refusal to allow Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to speak at the ceremony.
