2023 MTV VMAs (Vulgar Music Awards)- The Worst Dressed Stars & Lowlights

MTV recently presented the VMAs (Vulgar Music Awards), they honored the most outrageous music videos, musicians, and featured performances. The performances and individuals honored are a pretty big deal, but what appeared to garner the most attention was the fashionable celebrities arriving at the event. The events pink carpet was strolled by superstars such as Diddy, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Ice Spice, and more. Guests arrived showing off their unique personalities by wearing the boldest and weirdest outfits.
