Removing A Label From A Jar

I like to put my beads in jars, but I don't care for the labels that come on the jars. So here's how I remove one type of label and clean the jar up.
For this project you will need:
➡️ a jar (I like the Lighthouse salad dressing jars with the straight sides)
➡️ a single edge razor blade
➡️ some oil (I've used any kind of random essential oil, available from an essential oil company, OR from your local health food store. SPROUT'S has a nice selection if you happen to have them in your area)
➡️ and a couple of paper towels.
