2022 🇺🇸 UFO hearing: UAP Taskforce members Scott Bray and Ronald Moultrie.

Ronald S. "Ron" Moultrie is an American intelligence official serving as the under secretary of defense for intelligence and security in the Biden administration.

Scott W. Bray is the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, and since August 2023, he is the acting Director of Naval Intelligence.

Both were members of the UAP taskforce UAPTF.

Also present in the hearing are Rep. Andre Carson and Rep. Gallagher.
