This scene is in the place of an island whose name is "Krakoa" which is a place given by the American government and the United Nations for Magneto to have helped the X-Men defeat En Sabah Nur (Apocalypse), but the island is not for himself but all the Mutants in earth with the exception of the X-Men members.
