Ahh yes,I actually Remember recalling seeing this obscured 90's Kids WB Cartoon back in the day in 1997,Which Ran for 13 Episodes which blended in Educational Topics with Pop Culture References and Parodies of Popular TV Shows and Movies which were a thing at the time:P

This Show came out the same year as both the Men in Black Cartoon and the Legend of Calamity Jane on Kids WB's 1997 Lineup Block!

and Because this show was cancelled after 13 Episodes dued to Poor Ratings from bad time slot placement,this show became extreamly obscured which never aired in any reruns on any other network,nor has it gotten any sort of VHS or DVD release,thus making this one of the most difficult cartoons to track down,which only 4 episodes were resurfaced on Internet Archieve:
