People in the flood-hit city of Derna "feel incredibly let down" and feel the fact that two dams collapsed is a "symbol of just how preventable this catastrophe is", says Sky's Africa correspondent Yousra Elbagir.

There have been calls for an inquiry into "why this wasn't looked into", after the water "split the city in half".
