I need to learn to start loving myself. I hate so many of the things that are making me better. I need to learn to take a moment calm down and remember that it's for my own good, yes I need to loose weight and get off of meds but I gotta start somewhere loving myself seems like a good place to start. dear lord please help me to learn to love me for being me as imperfect as I am I am still worthy of love. lord please help me to focus on the important things and to do my best in everything I do. God thank you for my amazing wife please bless her lord and strengthen her heart I know she was nervous about a public speaking event she was worried about please calm her heart lord. and God please be there for my friend Kevin he's having a hard time since loosing his #2 dad and is having a rough go of it lord please be there for him.
