The Cambrian Explosion and the Fingerprints of God

The Christ-Centered model for Early Genesis isn't anti-evolution so much as it is pro-Creation. Nevertheless, this excludes a strictly naturalistic explanation for the diversity of life on earth? The Cambrian Explosion remains a scientific anomaly. Can we see in it the fingerprints of God's action ?
