Chrusciki Bakery's fun class takes the cake

Listen up fans of frosting. The popular Chrusciki Bakery is presenting cake decorating classes. It involves lots of frosting, provides a few laughs and tastes pretty good. Instructor Ashley Gorlick runs the group through the basics of transforming a naked cake into a sunflower. She says the most important thing to remember when it comes to cake decorating is "fun-you have to have fun because if it's not fun you shouldn't be cake decorating." Everyone in the class starts with a pre-baked cake and bags of butter cream frosting-and ends up with a brightly colored "sunflower cake".
