They should have brought a small splitting maul, but 100% for effort and persistence.
Setting traffic cones on the hood is another craze in these leftist blue cities with Autonomous vehicles being shoved into normal vehicle drivers paths -The AIEV gets conefused and may be thinking it is at a traffic flagger who doesn't ever flag them through or something...
I think they are creepy as all get out.
