Why Intersections are Dangerous For Motorcycles

Just for giggles I pulled up one intersection from my commute to work and counted how many cars didn't stop before turning right on red. The answer was, basically all of them, with varying degrees of caution.
All seemed to look, but did they look well enough, in TIME, to stop before they were in the way of a motorcycle? None of them stopped back at the line and then eased forward.

Mind you, this is dangerous for cars too, but the risk of not being seen and the odds of serious injury are higher for motorcycle riders.

Obviously this isn't the only danger at intersections, but it's an easy one to get footage of.
