PSALM 10 - ARISE AND MEND

4

Lord, why do You stand so far away?
In times of trouble, we seek Your face.
The wicked chase, the helpless caught,
But in our thought, You're all we've sought.

Arise, O Lord, and lift Your hand,
Against the plans, of wicked man.
For deep within, the heart believes,
Your justice weaves, where hope conceives.

They think they're hidden, out of sight,
But in Your light, their wrongs aren't right.
The cries of those, oppressed and weak,
In silence speak, Your name they seek.

In darkest days, when shadows fall,
Your love stands tall, our all in all.
The wicked's pride, won't have its way,
For You'll display, a brighter day.

Arise, O Lord, and lift Your hand,
Against the plans, of wicked man.
For deep within, the heart believes,
Your justice weaves, where hope conceives.

You hear our call, You mend what's torn,
In You, reborn, our faith's adorned.
