Russia denies Andriivka was retaken, Ukraine promises more ship attacks, and Kiev releases

Russia said its air defence systems have destroyed two Ukrainian UAVs over the Kaluga and Tver regions on Sept. 16. Ukrainian military released footage from the eastern village of Andriivka a day after announcing its recapture. A Ukrainian commander in the Bakhmut area has said that the liberation of Andriivka is “necessary for further advancement” in Bakhmut.
