Question? Alternate side parking. Is forced on poor areas so what happens w/ those dang Citi bikes?

Observation: In Richer NYC neighborhoods, they are without Alternate Side Parking (ASP) and the industrial overpopulation of these Citi bikes depots. Question: So, with these con artist stressor bike depots parked in several parking spots on city streets. How are Alternate side parking streets properly cleaned in poorer neighborhoods around these bikes? Mayor Eric Adams Solution put bike depots on the sidewalk!
I call them stressors because the time limits to ride these bikes are imposed on you in a strong costly way per hour and they cost 1200 dollars per bike if lost. That equals fear and stress riding these 19 dollars a day bike. So, you're at a loss if a bike is misplaced, card glitched or not able to find a bike parking spot which they are increasing daily and removing parking spots. Cheaper to own your own bike. this is by design, an imposing government overreach and parking spot grabbing for the agenda.
