If public speaking -- or doing any kind of presentation -- makes you anxious, this video is for you. I speak for a living and have given more than 1,000 talks and in it, I will share tangible tips you can use not just to break through your fear of public speaking, but be awesome at it!

Tip #1: Forget the stupid advice about being fearless (it's not possible if you're human) and instead, get honest and specific about what is making you anxious.

Tip #2: Shift out of your ego's fear of what others will think and into a pro-social mindset that research shows helps you bring your full, awesome capacity to anything you do, including speaking!

Tip #3: Get to know what makes you comfortable and bring that to your speaking and presentations. The more yourself you can be, the better your talk will be!
