If your to-do list is making you feel overwhelmed and you're running on fumes because you can't seem to say no to anything, I've got some helpful tips and strategies for you in this video.

#1: Remember that you're a human being, not a machine. You don't have unlimited energy and you simply can't get everything done. Yep, I said it -- you can't do it all. So before you commit to something, I want you to start asking yourself this key question: Can I energetically afford to do this?

#2: Shift how you think about setting boundaries -- from saying "no" to something to saying "yes" to what is most important to you.

#3: Accept that you can't get everything done. It's simply not possible and you're not failing at life or at being an Awesome Human because you can't get to an empty to-do list or inbox zero.
