For the white sauce: In a pan, add some butter and 1 tbsp whole wheat flour in it. Let it cook for a minute or two. Add 150 ml milk (I used low fat milk because cheese will already have good amount of fat) & whisk continuously. Once it comes to boil, add shredded cheese - 1 or 1.5 cheese cube & some black pepper powder. Make a smooth lump free sauce.

For vegetables: In a pan add some oil, saute finely chopped garlic & onion. Let it cook until translucent. Time to add in all your vegetables, I have used capsicum, boiled corn, carrots & broccoli. You can use peas, mushroom, french beans & spinach too but I did not have them. Add mixed herbs and chili flakes. Do keep the vegetables crunchy and do not overcook.

Mix both together & enjoy it hot! 😍
