To perform the movement:
1. To make this movement more beneficial use a long rope or two separate ropes and step backwards from the cables.
2. Tuck your elbows perpendicular to the ground and into your ribs, move only from the elbow joint fully straighten the arms to fully contract the triceps.
3. Then slowly raise the bar and return to the starting position where the forearms touch your biceps.
