To perform the movement:
1. Pull the handle underneath the seat to lower the seat as low as possible for your mobility.
2. Keeping the weight in your feet evenly distributed push up without locking the knees at the top and slowly lower without the weight stack touching at the bottom.
3. Ideally you want 90º at the bottom of the movement, if you're bottoming out lower the seat and start again. If it's a mobility issue then perform with as much range as possible
