To perform the movement:
1. Set the safety pin to the maximum depth so you're safe if you fail or get stuck.
2. To start place the feet shoulder-width apart and in the middle of the plate.
3. Push the plate up and push the handles to the side.
4. Bend the knees until roughly 90º making sure the lower back doesn't round to allow for extra range of motion
5. Push the legs until the legs are almost straight. Don't lock the knees on this movement
