V-Squat Hammer Strength Machine

To perform the movement:
1. Set the machine to your height by pulling the handle to the side and securing it in your starting position.
2. To start push the machine up and slowly lower it to 90º and press until your legs are almost straight, don't lock the legs though.
3. To stop grab the handle and pull it upwards to engage the locking mechanism
