Seated Calf Raise Life Fitness Machine

To perform the movement:
1. Set the leg pad so that you get a full stretch at the bottom of the movement. If you bottom out lower the pad to increase the range of motion. 2. To start press through your toes until you're as high as you can go then lower under control making sure to fully stretch at the bottom.
3. Then return to the top position.
