🌟This is the second part of an interview with Dr. Ken Cloke. In this segment, we talk about "omni-partiality" (or omnipartiality), a concept he created in the context of conflict resolution to express the point of a mediator identifying and showing understanding for both parties. A concept very different from the usual "impartiality", which is central to much of neutrality law.

Dr. Kenneth (Ken) Cloke is a world-recognized mediator, facilitator, teacher, and conflict resolution systems designer. He is the author of numerous books and articles, and a pioneer in the field of mediation and conflict resolution for over 40 years.

He received a J.D. (that is a doctoral degree in jurisprudence) from U.C. Berkeley in 1966 and a Ph.D. in history from U.C.L.A. in 1980.

3 years later, he created the Center for Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica, CA and he was the principal founder of Mediators beyond Boarders a non-profit organization focused on creating peace through mediation.
