African countries are now proactively working on creating alternative systems to participate in the global economy outside of the control of the US and European empires. Cooperation among African nations and with nations not favored by the West will increase on the basis of local currencies and new systems. This is the second part of a talk with Rutendo Matinyarare, a Zimbabwean anti-sanctions activist and public intellectual.
