More than 11,000 people are now known to have died in the catastrophic flooding in the port city of Derna in Libya.

It's the worst recorded natural disaster in the country's history - and has left the survivors in the devastated city in desperate need of food, water and shelter.

As thousands of people are displaced, anger builds over the country's failed defences with survivors asking who is responsible for apparently missed chances to evacuate and save lives.
