The 14th Amendment Does Not Prevent President Trump from Appearing on the Ballot

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose blasts liberal groups for attempting to remove President Donald Trump by citing the 14th Amendment. “What this really is, is a fringe legal theory by a bunch of wild-eyed leftists that are just desperate to do anything they can do to try to defeat President Trump,” says LaRose. “It’s not going to fly in Ohio, and we’ve made that clear.”
