Two Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers of long-range aviation performed a scheduled flight over the neutral waters of the Barents and Norwegian Seas.

▫️The flight lasted 4 hours. Su-30SM fighter jets of the Russian Aerospace Forces escorted strategic missile carriers.

▫️‘The flight was carried out in strict compliance with international rules on the use of airspace,’ commander of Russian long-range aviation Lieutenant General Sergei Kobylash said.

▫️‘Long-range aviation pilots perform flights over the neutral waters of the Arctic, the North Atlantic, the Black and Baltic Seas, and the Pacific Ocean on a regular basis,’ he stressed.
