Don't say YUK! Wait until you hear me out - CARNIVORE SARDINE OMELETTE

In this video I show how I make a sardine omelet which I do about once a week to make sure I get my Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. This is a nutrition bomb with the eggs and the fish. It tastes great and is very filling. I generally use 4 to 6 eggs and a whole tin of sardines which I cook in butter. Make sure you DON'T buy any canned fish packed in any kind of vegetable (seed) oil!
