Let's go check out this house real quick, which is a Highland home. This is one of the smaller homes that they're building on the other side of our house in Phase 2. And they're most all two story. They're more narrow, but you can see kind of what they look like out there, Jake. That's what a finished one looks like. They're not the wide stance house like we've got or the even bigger ones over there. But I think that, uh, the builders want to use less land and get a lower price point. So more people can buy here. This is Celina, Texas, North Dallas, 10 minutes from Frisco, 20 minutes from Plano and about 42 minutes from DFW. If you take Dallas Parkway North, it's beautiful country up here.
