“Moscow region, Mytishchi district, Veshki village, “Lipki Estate of the 19th century.” Sale of a building and rental of a land plot,” is indicated on the product card.

Acceptance of applications will last until October 30, and the initial price of the object is 403,490,000 rubles.

Photographs of the property show that the estate is in disrepair and requires restoration. A house and a complex of administrative buildings surrounded by a linden park are for sale.

From 1932 to 1934, Joseph Stalin lived in the estate; later a government dacha was organized on the site. In 2004, the building was closed for reconstruction, and later it was transferred to DOM.RF.
