PLASTIC BESTIES Stefan and Patrick became fast friends after watching each other's Hooked On The Look episode. Together, they have spent €140,000 on plastic surgery. Although some of the procedures have been intended to feminise their features, the self-proclaimed 'German plastic boys' are perfectly happy with being boys. "A lot of people question me if I'm trans or a man or a woman," Patrick said. "I still identify as a man because I was born male and I don't want to change that, at least at the moment." Stefan added: "And we can still look feminine if we want to. Yes, we don't have to be trans for that and we don't have to be girls for that." Today Stefan and Patrick are getting themselves glammed up to shoot the cover for their upcoming podcast. What they don't know is that they have a surprise - from one of their biggest idols - waiting for them.
