"Ezekiel 36:26, there was a promise and the promise was given unto the people of God. He's chosen. And it says a new heart. It's about the new covenant. If you read a couple of verses before you realize he's talking about the new covenant. And it says the new covenant means a new heart. Well, I also give him to you a new spirit. Well, I put within you and I will take the stony heart out of the flesh and I will give you a heart of flesh. I'll give you a new heart, I give you a new spirit. But the next verse says, And I will put my spirit within you. So why do we need to thirst? Because we're thirsting that He would put his Spirit within us and then watch what the Spirit of God within us, allows us to do. It says it'll cause you to walk in my statutes. It will, and he shall keep my judgments. And what? Do them."
