To Bake Hot Cross Buns in an Air Fryer you will Need.
For the Dough
330g / 12oz of Bread Flour
100g / 3.5oz Dried Mixed Fruit
2 Teaspoons of Mixed Spice
2/3 Teaspoon of Salt
1.5 Teaspoons of Dried Instant Yeast
40g / 1.5oz Soft Brown Sugar
40g / 1.5oz Warm Milk

For the Cross
1/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Flour

For the Glossy Topping
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Sugar

Bake at 200C / 400F for 15 minutes
