Richard & Kathleen Lo had traveled the world as digital nomads before moving to Portugal. After their experience making the move to Portugal and going through the legal processes to enjoy expat life in Portugal, this (formerly) nomadic entrepreneurial couple saw a gap in the market that they could fill.
