While this is a big move, I'm not entirely convinced that it will be a comprehensive solution. With thousands of applicants and family members, it's hard to say that the golden visa is solely responsible for the rising cost of living. That being said, limiting new short-term rentals is definitely a step in the right direction. Let's hope that other solutions can be found to address the issue!
