The NEOCONSERVATIVE (NEOCONS) CRAZIES like Paul Wolfowitz, Dickless Cheney, Donald "Rummy" Rumsfeld, Richard "Prince of Darkness" Pearl, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Crazy John "I LOVE WAR" Bolton and a few others wrote the "PROJECT FOR THE NEW AMERICAN CENTURY" (PNAC) which is the REBUILDING AMERICAS DEFENSES and it was published in September 2000, exactly 1-year BEFORE the 9/11 ATTACK where they stated they needed a "NEW PEARL HARBOR" event to get the American public behind it (AKA: A FALSE FLAG event to BLAME on the countries they wanted to INVADE for their RESOURCES like OIL & POPPY SEEDS for the opium trade etc...).
