Rangers “approach” Premier League boss to replace Michael Beale

Ex-Chelsea and Brighton manager Graham Potter has reportedly been approached by Rangers with regards replacing Michael Beale.

That’s according to the Sun and journalist Jack Rosser, who claim the 48-year-old has turned down the approach as he bides his time for the right move back into football.

It is said that Graham Potter is biding his time after turning down an approach from Lyon and has ambitions to return to Champions League football, which Rangers cannot offer this season.

If the claims are true, then it would suggest Rangers have snaked the incumbent boss at Ibrox and are already going behind the manager’s back to source alternatives.
