Mutton keema : half kg.
Onion : 4 to 5 medium chopped.
Ginger green chili paste 2 tbsp.
Salt : 1 tbsp.
Red chili : 1 tbsp.
Chili flakes: 1 tbsp.
Garam masala : 1 tbsp.
Dried coriander: 1 tbsp.
gram flour : 2 tbsp.

Chopped it well .
Make kabab.
Fry 90% and set them aside.

Masala preparation :
Oil : 1\2 cup.
Onion: 2 medium.
ginger green chili paste : 1 tbsp.
Tomato : 2 medium puree.
Salt : 1 tsp.
red chili : 1 tsp.
chili flakes : 1 tsp.
Dried coriander : 1 tsp.
Garam masala (whole) : 1 tsp.
Fry kabab.
yogurt 2 tbsp.

Rice half kg boiled.
