Walking With Intense Reactivity

Lady came to us with some pretty intense dog reactivity but we knew she just needed to learn how to be a more well mannered young lady with guidance!

Even on walks as you can see, she was so fixated on other dogs and her arousal sky rocketed around them. As we started the walk, her criteria was to stay in her heel position and just simply walk with her owner. Nothing else was corrected for, as long as she held the command she was asked to do.

A few minutes into the walk, she was corrected a few times for breaking the command, eventually gained an incredible amount of focus on her owner and walked the entire way back to our facility with her dog friend which was massive for the owners to see!

Lady’s progress has been so rewarding to watch and we will be posting more of her.
