The CCP and Russia Will Offer North Korea Bio-weapon Tech

09/13/2023 Roy on Outside the Beltway: The CCP and North Korea have already planned to dispatch 20,000 soldiers to Russia for logistic support, but they can help Russia with everything from the logistics to the front battling. The CCP and Russia are negotiating a deal with Kim Jong Un, in which they can provide money, technology, oil, especially the bio-weapon technology, if North Korea can send up to 500,000 to support Russia with the war in Ukraine. All the dictators think the bio-weapon is an effective and cheap way to control their people and defeat their rivals.
