Bring your appetite's to the Capital this week for St. Casimir's 41st Annual Corn Roast! It's happening all weekend long starting Friday at 6 p.m. at the church on Barnes Avenue in Lansing. There will be hot dogs, hamburgers, tacos, nachos, kielbasa sauerkraut and St. Casmir's famous corn on the cob. There will also be great prizes available. The event will run through Sunday.
