FCC Goes After CB Radio User & Threatens To Seize His Radio Equipment

The FCC has issued a notice of violation to a CB radio operator in Collegedale, TN accusing him of transmitting above the power-limits allowed by the FCC for CB radio equipment. The FCC has informed him that if he does not comply he faces his equipment being seized by the FCC, fines, and even going to jail.
