Last month, a man in the Foothills of Los Angeles stole a city vehicle and went on an insane rampage that lasted over two hours-- hitting several citizens cars and a house before the final showdown with LAPD in an industrial area. As units close, he refuses to give up-- mowing down anything in front of him.
