These Waterfalls Were Breath Taking | Steelhead Falls In Mission, BC | Vancity Adventure

We travelled to a nearby waterfall. A stunning cascade called Steelhead Falls is close to Mission's Reservoir Trail, which circles Hayward Lake. For a fast walk through the forest or with your family, the short hike to the waterfall is ideal.

But, this time I neglected to relax and became lightheaded as my heart rate rose to above 172. This was a frightening time.
