Hunter Biden indicted on federal gun charges

According to court documents, federal prosecutors have brought charges against Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, related to firearms offenses.

In a Delaware federal court indictment, Biden faces three counts associated with possessing a firearm while using narcotics.

Specifically, two counts pertain to Biden allegedly providing false information on a form when purchasing a Colt Cobra revolver in October 2018, claiming he was not using illegal drugs at the time.

The third count alleges that he was in possession of a firearm while using a narcotic, NBC News reported.
