Hey Katy, Cypress, and Houston! Here are 5 reasons you should hire a Realtor for your new construction home. All builders have a commission built into the sales price of the home. If you don’t use a Realtor, that goes to the builder. But if you work with a Realtor, the builder pays the Realtor that commission and you have someone who’s got your back throughout the entire process, from choosing a floor plan to closing on the home!

Your Realtor will:
1. Guide you through the transaction.
2. Give suggestions on choices with the design and finishes.
3. Share wisdom on which lender would be best to use.
4. Help to negotiate closings costs.
5. Oversee inspections or repairs, and more!
A Realtor works for YOU, a new home salesperson works for the builder. Their priority is their employer, the building company. My first priority is making sure you have a home you love and get the best deal possible.

If you’re building this year, text or call me at (832) 428-3134 🙂
