What are your Soulful essentials?

We often hear many use the phrase, non negotiable however these words place so much more pressure on ourselves and set us up for failure.

Negotiating with ourself is the Ego, a Knowing does not require any negotiating

We have explored our Health, Getting into flow and the influence our words have on our lives.

Imagine knowing you are in complete control and you were able to remove all other obstacles from your life allowing you to have the freedom to do the things that make you healthier and happier, what would they be?

Soulful Essentials - What would be a perfect day for you knowing that you have completed certain things in that day?

Looking back without judgement, what Soulful Essentials did you have in your life that worked well for you?

List out as many soulful essentials that spring to mind, let go of the meaning, and write down as many as you can

Going a level deeper, what would a day look like for you from the moment you rise, what Soulful essentials will you have in your day. Imagine walking yourself through a day doing all the things that you know make you feel better and be at your best. What would that look like?

How would it change aspects of your life by introducing them into your day

Are there many things that you would like to bring into your life, which you have yet to try or revisit with a new perspective?
