After so long of mystery depression and mystery anxiety, to finally feel joy…
Those who’ve experienced the horrible, horrible state of depression and anxiety can relate.
Before, for so long, music was an annoyance. I would just get so bogged down by it. I couldn’t endure it at all. But now, I can listen to music.
Such a cool experience to come out of such deep dark hopelessness with so many chronic illness problems and just one by one, healed. It was hard but I maintained endurance.
