Hows the counteroffensive going?

How come all Ukrainian POW's speak fluent Russian and not Ukrainian?

How come all Ukrainian POW's are given cigarettes, water and food rations?

How come Ukrainian POV's are not beaten, or shot in the legs by the Russians?
